- Just an idea that came in a rush, but couldn't we centralize shortcut
- handling as well? We'd have an AES call (wind_get or sth) which we give
- a shortcut and which will return the meaning of the key as set by the user,
- Then, the user will only have to configure once.

- The configuration program should also allow the user to set his/her preferences
- on a per application basis. Sort of like the way you configure a window
- manager or X resource database on X windows.
